MEDIC is an online marketing and retail business operating via a Shopify-based storefront, offering carefully selected health, wellness, and personal care products to customers in the United States.

2. Scope of Sales

Products on this website are sold exclusively to customers with a shipping address within the United States of America. Orders shipping outside the U.S. will not be accepted or processed.

3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

MEDIC operates as a marketing and distribution business. We do not hold physical inventory in Germany or elsewhere. When you place an order, it is processed through our Shopify storefront and routed via AutoDS, our order automation platform, directly to the supplier responsible for that product.

Your order ships directly from the supplier's fulfillment location to your shipping address in the United States. At no point does your order pass through, or get processed in, Germany. This allows us to offer a wide product selection at competitive prices while keeping shipping times as short as possible.

Because suppliers are located in various fulfillment locations, shipping times may vary by product. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation.

4. No Medical Advice / No Guarantees

Products sold on this site (including but not limited to supplements, wellness, and personal care products) are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding product benefits have not been evaluated by the FDA unless explicitly stated otherwise. Individual results may vary, and we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from product use.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the health, hygiene, and personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used, except where required by applicable law. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery — contact us at isotow.kosta@gmail.com to request a return authorization before sending anything back.

Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence, and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MEDIC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product purchased through this site. Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
